HVE PTO Financial reportING
HVE PTO carefully tracks and manages all funds that pass through the organization's doors. This includes money collected at events and fundraisers, as well as the disbursement of funds. In light of the financial strains of the last two years, the PTO board has prioritized events and expenditures that benefit every single child at the school. Transparency, accuracy, and financial reporting are key to the management of our 501(c)(3) organization and below you will find regular financial reports that demonstrate the PTO's current financial status. If you have any questions, please contact the PTO treasurer or co-presidents.
For reimbursement of budgeted staff stipend expenses and committee expenses, please use this form in Word or PDF format. If you have an unexpected educational or grade enrichment need that arises during the year that has not been previously budgeted and approved by the PTO, please submit this form for consideration by the PTO board.
